[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my very first Oral B electric toothbrush and I find it better than my current electric tooth brush. Points to mention: Its design is quite appealing and Onyx black is very pleasing to eyes. The battery life is very good, lasts more than a week when used twice a day for more than 3 minutes. My current toothbrush lasts for 2 days in each charging session, not good. I like how clean my mouth feels after brushing which is missing in my current toothbrush. The gums are cleaned immaculately I could feel and see that. There are 5 modes to select for brushing and I use mostly Sensitive for my sensitive gums. The vibration after each 30 second alerts you so you have an idea how long have been brushing. The brush keeps a memory of your brushing in each brushing session. Like after few seconds when I stop to adjust the brush, it does not refresh the memory but starts from where I stopped, so I know how long I have been brushing. After each brushing it displays a happy or sad face depending how long, short or enough time I took for brushing, which is fun. The brush head rotates for a good clean up and cleanses gums and in between the teeth well. This packaging comes with a travel pouch which is handy to carry the brush when needed for travel. Some negatives: First of all, its app does not connect to the brush, no matter how many times I try to connect. I tried all methods like factory resetting, checking bluetooth settings but no avail. Its frustrating when the main features which has been advertised so much does not work. Moreover there are several apps for Oral B so its quite confusing which one works with this toothbrush and I installed almost all of them and none worked. I found the brush head that comes with it quite wide ,almost 1 inch which is too big for me. It is inconvenient when I brush the corners of the mouth and chewing surface. The purpose of sensitive mode fails when the brush head itself is wide for the mouth. I would have liked if they included extra brush head for the sensitive gums with small brush head. I shall buy a smaller head in width to use with it. Also I appreciate the travel pouch that comes with it, however I would have liked a case as well for the lower part of the brush as pouch would not provide a good protection to the pointed lower part. Given the features ,good and not so good, including price point, I would like this particular model needs some modification as I described in my feedback. Though I find it better than my current electric toothbrush but still not something I would purchase if I have issues with the brush head and its apps which is the core of this new model. This is my experience , others may not be having problem with the wider brush head or app not connecting.

I take tooth and gum care pretty seriously and it is- for real- a total “game changer”. First, and I have never said this about a toothbrush, but it is super chic. I have the onyx. It is a deep black, sleek, and expensive looking. It comes with two toothbrush heads, charger, and black carrying case for travel. Second, it offers you a superior clean. The two brush heads are different and I use the more gentle one. My teeth just feel clean. It was a bit weird getting used to, my gums did bleed the first two times- but now, it’s very normal. It’s quite a similar feeling to leaving the dentist, but without the grit from professional polish. The brush is Bluetooth enabled and offers a face for length of cleaning. If you do a full two minutes a smiley face appears. It also vibrates at a 30 second mark to switch quadrants. Third, it takes up very little space in my bathroom. I like the charging station, I don’t love it. I like things to be a little more stable and this feels like my kids can knock it over easily. Finally, this does connect to an app. I did not find the app super useful and ended up deleting it from my phone. It just isn’t me. I did, however, use the travel case it was pretty great. Overall, just a really superb toothbrush!

The latest technology makes it easy to keep track of how long you are actually spending brushing your teeth. There are multiple language settings that make it easy to set to your likings. After using the oral B series 7 electric toothbrush I will never use a regular toothbrush again.

I bought this ORAL B TOOTHBRUSH SERIES 9 white color on August 8 2025 I’ ve had it for less than one month and today in the morning the toothbrush was fully charged and I was in the 1 minute brushing time it turned off by itself and it showed 0 juice in the charge. I put it to charge had to use my regular toothbrush and an hr later it showed 78% charged, I thought it was a glitch or something. I just brush again a few mins ago and the same exact thing happened it turned of by itself with 0% charge and I put it to charge again. I’m really disappointed buying an expensive brush and its quality, it’s a piece of crap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very smart little toothbrush! I like the convenient charging case. It did take a little bit to figure out, but once I did it is amazing. I love the different colors that you can change the lights to on it. All in all it is a great product!

I doubted that the claim that these can whiten teeth, and I just got a glimpse into my mirror and said out loud, "Oh my God, my teeth! They're so white!" I like the way this round head cleans each tooth. It's why I chose this quiet IO7 series over the Sonic. My dentist uses a round electric brush, so why wouldn't I? Works great; the electric brush is not very loud at all compared to the motors of others I have heard. Easy to use. The app is just meh, though. It's a cool idea, but it does not get the back of my teeth correct when brushing. I love the red/green light on the toothbrush that tells me if I am brushing too hard. After my 2 minutes, I feel like I left the dentist every time I brush. I wake up in the morning with a clean feeling in my mouth. I got a great deal on this toothbrush on the Oral-B website. I will be upset if this brush stops working after my 60 days is up. I had read a few reviews elsewhere where purchasers said the brush just stopped working, no warning. Fingers crossed. I cannot believe this clean dentist visit type feeling. This brush is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush is amazing. I received it about 2 weeks ago to try and it has been amazing using it. I really look forward to brushing my teeth just to use it. It’s in different languages for you to try and has a few settings to set your toothbrush depending on what you want. A few of the settings I’ve used are daily clean, whitening and sensitive. It also has a cute little face that counts for how many minutes you have washed your teeth. Definitely recommend investing in this smart toothbrush.

I"ve had my OralB iO9 for 9 months and my unit stopped charging. I replaced the charger, still not working. There have been no accidents, or mis use. I've been an Oral B electric toothbrush user for over 20 years. My upgrade to the iOs models have been a bust.
