The app is nowhere near accurate. I start in lower left third, and the app shows I'm starting in lower right, or sometimes in the upper right third. Because of this, an area will show as being completely finished, when I haven't even brushed on one of the surfaces (inside, outside, or top). Also, sometimes the toothbrush doesn't mark the 30 second intervals, so I don't know how long I've brushed. This is the second iO 7 I have owned, because I returned the first because I thought it was malfunctioning for these reasons. I talked with customer service before returning, and their response was to replace it. Obviously, the problem is not with the toothbrush, but with the app. Fix it.

It's nice and lightweight and every time I brush my teeth I feel like I've just left the dentist, especially in those hard to reach areas. There is a new pressure sensor that turns green when I'm brushing at just the right pressure, so I'll never have to guess again. I also love the colored LED display with the timer and battery indicator. I feel like I have everything I need right in the palm of my hand and the sleek design looks so beautiful on my bathroom counter!

Ordered from company. Need sensitive mode for gingival recession. Mode switch quite working on 2nd day. Can’t operate modes from the brush or the nonfunctioning App. so, brush not working and app not working (both are supposedly options for mode changing). Before returning decided to call company. They could not help but said someone else would call me back. They never did. Pathetic all the way around.

They look better than they have in a very long time. It has a pulsation built in. It comes with a magnetic charging stand. It gas several cleaning modes. I am thoroughly impressed with this tooth brush.

There are three different settings and its almost like having a spa in your mouth, the toothbrush changes colors as well. Also it has blue tooth to it which I admit I didn't expect but its pretty awesome .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I've never really had a high tech toothbrush before. My teeth are very sensitive and bleed easily normally. This toothbrush changed that with the sensitivity settings! It times you while brushing so you brush for the appropriate time,and if you stop brushing before the timer the screen displays a frownie face. The app you can download to your phone is easy to use which is great for people who aren't tech savvy. Another favorite feature of mine is the charger. You can charge it in the provided case or you can charge it standing up on the provided stand. Overall it is a very cool toothbrush!
