The reason I purchased this model, even though I have another expensive Oral B toothbrush, was because I wanted a charging travel case. I was disappointed to find that instead of USB-C charging port, the case comes with a special plug and it's fitted for 110V. So in order to take this toothbrush abroad I need to bring this bulky plug AND an adapter for a different voltage. Ugh.

Battery won't hold after usages. Had it serviced under warranty again same problem. Won't recommend

overall the tooth brushes are great, but i expected 1 white and 1 black. i opened the package and was surprised with 2 white instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this toothbrush for the past 3 weeks, and it has many features that I enjoy and a couple that I would want to improve. It was very easy to follow the steps required to set up the toothbrush. I like that it has 5 smart modes. I selected and use the “daily clean” mode every day, but it’s nice that I could choose the “intense” mode or “sensitive” mode if needed, as well as “whitening” or “gum care”. One of the first things I did was download the Oral-B app, and I tried multiple times to connect my brush to my phone, but I wasn’t successful, so I can’t comment on the brushing feedback provided by the app. I like that the smart pressure sensor and interactive display provide me with some feedback about my brushing (whether I’m applying too much, too little or just the right amount of pressure and a smiley face to let me know how well I brushed). I like that the display shows me my total brushing time and keeps track of the 30 second intervals for each quadrant of my mouth. I also like that the brush pulsates every 30 seconds to indicate when I should move to the next quadrant of my mouth. It’s also nice that the interactive display tells me the remaining battery charge percentage after every brushing. I find that the brush heads are a little large and bulky in my mouth, especially when I’m brushing toward the back of my mouth. I also wish the brush handle was cradled more by the charger rather than simply being placed on top of the magnetic center. It’s very easy to knock the handle off the charger. Overall, I think this is a great, modern, unique and convenient toothbrush.

It is easy to change between modes so both my husband and I can use the one that is right for us. The new black color looks so slick. The green collar light makes it easy to see that you are brushing with the right pressure.

This toothbrush has technology that tells you the correct pressure using the simple light system. It has many language choices and allows you to choose a color for the handle to light up when turning on. The toothbrush is absurdly advanced. It also connects to an app. I love that it has many settings like sensitive, daily cleaning, and so on. The manual is also very thorough and has all the info that you may need. The charger pad is quite heavy since it has a magnet to hold the toothbrush up when it’s charging. The toothbrush itself works amazing. It really cleans my teeth and improves my overall dental hygiene. My teeth has actually gotten whiter. The brush head is a circle and it’s big enough to cover my teeth. It’s toothbrush is not too heavy and the timer works amazing. Love this toothbrush!

I was a diehard fan of a different brand of electric brushes for about 12 years (since they first became available). During this time not only did I love using mine, but also gave several as gifts to family and friends. So for a layman I have a decent frame of reference. Was very cautious about Oral-B brush and not ready to love it. Initially I was off to a rocky start because accidentally selected Japanese as preferred language (stupid of me, so be VERY careful when you first turn on the brush). The language is easy to change, but for that to happen you need to understand what the brush is saying. After several futile attempts at constructive dialog with my new gadget and a few Youtube videos I managed to change it to English (also, do you now how it bruises the ego when your toothbrush speaks Japanese and you do not?). Now to the brush itself. Really high quality tool. Once you get used to it, very easy to operate. The brush-head itself is somewhat bulkier than what I am used to, but not too much so. I tried it on different settings and find all of them comfortable. Cleans beautifully, mouth feels really fresh. Like the timers and especially like that after two minutes the brush does not shut off. Often there are a few places to go over once more, so now you can brush as long as you prefer. Like the pressure indicator light A LOT, because I have a tendency to push harder than necessary. However I would prefer if it was located lower on the handle, since it is hard to look at without a mirror. But still, very useful feature. The charger is nice and sleek, but for me was somewhat confusing in the beginning. First attempted to use it upside down. There are three tiny protrusions on the bottom of the charger which match perfectly notches on the bottom of the brush. Figured it out almost right away, but would be great to have some clear indication which side should be up. Minor thing, I agree. Holds charge for a loooooong time, great battery life. Very handy travel case, but I think it would be better to have a compartment in it for a charger as well (for extended trips). All in all, very, VERY happy with this brush (surprised myself). Smart tool, but not to make owner feel intellectually inferior. Oh, also, it would be great if two buttons on the handle had distinctly different surfaces, so you could use them blindly. It takes getting used to and if you pull the brush out of the mouth to turn it off, it might spay the mirror. You get used to the location of the buttons after a few days, but still, would be great to have them different from the get-go. In short, LOVE this brush, really enjoy how it cleans and the rest of the useful features. Very happy with it, extremely glad I convinced myself to give it a try.

It tells you if your not brushing hard enough. It tells you if your brushing too hard. Ive never used an electric toothbrush before. But I can tell such a difference in how my teeth feel, so clean!.
