[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I receive this package I opened it up it was perfectly packaged easy to assemble I tried it right away. The motion of the brush was great and my teeth felt so clean I love this product and would recommend it to all and it’s even great to travel with.

I am a true Oral B user. So I decided to go electric. I was super excited. It worked wonderful until today. Attached my brush and it wouldn't spin. Trashed the brush and opened a new one. Brush still doesn't spin. I'm too upset. Spent too much money on this product and it hasn't made a year yet!

I am the owner of the Oral IO series 9 toothbrush who is having a lot of issues with the app used by the product. First off, the connection between the app and the toothbrush has not been dependable. I have always been able to restore the connection, but records/opportunities in-between are missed, and it is frustrating to continually deal with this issue. The bigger issue, though, is accuracy. Lately, the app has been reluctant to record any brushing in the lower left area and today it wouldn’t register any brushing in this area at all. I watched the app carefully while I brushed this area without ever seeing a change from the color blue, even with changes in pressure and positioning. After more than three minutes of brushing I finally gave up and, of course, the app told me that I had missed an entire section of my mouth which was not the case. The toothbrush/app combination is a wonderful tracking and educational tool when it works, but without a dependable, accurate platform for the toothbrush, this type of high-end investment is not worth the price.

I love that it is customizable and has a great case for traveling. I also love the built in timer that lets you know when you hit 2 minutes or if you need to brush a little longer. There are so many brushing modes to choose from. My favorite mode is the sensitive mode for the people with the more sensitive teeth! This toothbrush is absolutely amazing and I would definitely buy another!!

The brush itself is very soft and gentle as it cleans my teeth. It also has a timer so I know how long I have brushed my teeth. The stand does not take up much room on the bathroom counter.

It reaches in between my teeth better than any I've used! And all the plaque is gone. My teeth look so much healthier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used all the setting except intense because I have sensitive gums. I love the warning light if you are using too much pressure. My mouth feels so much cleaner and fresher with this brush as opposed to a standard toothbrush. My gums feel cleaner too. The Smile and frown is a cool feature for timing how long you brush, I am having a user error connecting the bluetooth to my phone. The travel case keeps your spare brushes clean and organized at home or traveling.

Why would have thought a toothbrush with AI and an app. This toothbrush is amazing and over the top. Best investment ever! As I was reading some of the complaints, all I could do was laugh. These people obviously do not know hire to brush their teeth. This toothbrush makes you feel like you just left the dentist after a good cleaning every time you use it. I love the app, as it lets me know if I missed an area, if I used too much pressure and how long I brushed for. Very cool. It even gives me a happy face when I am done. I hope they come out with a smaller version for kids. That would be perfect for parents who want to teach their kids good brushing skills. Thanks Oral B!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived in great condition, ive gone through a few electric toothbrushes and this ones the best one ive had. My teeth have never felt so clean! it really gets inbetween the gums, will not. be going back to a regular toothbrush thats forsure!

Comes with multiple brush heads which is always a plus since the are pricey to replace. The dark color and sleek design looks so nice in my bathroom and had definitely changed my all over toothbrushing experience! Love it!
