I had been so hesitant to spend the money on an electric toothbrush because it seemed that I had been doing fine for the last 40 ish years. Well, I was wrong. Within 3 days of using my new favorite gadget, I can totally see and feel a difference in my mouth. There are so many features that I love about this product. My favorite is that it 'pulses' to send me a reminder when to change positions in my mouth. It perfectly times how long to spend in each quadrant and the precise amount of time to brush on a whole. There are different settings like for sensitive teeth or for gum cleaning and teeth whitening. The light ring changes color to indicate if I am applying too much pressure. So many things I never knew I was doing wrong! I have yet to discover EVERYTHING this can do (have not hooked up bluetooth yet!!) but I was so excited to share all the wonderful things I have found so far. I do not believe anyone would be disappointed in this purchase!!

The blue light is nice also while I’m brushing the teeth as it’s helpful in the dark. Lol. I love how modern it looks! I’m going to have to get another. This is great!!

I purchased the Black Onyx IO Series 9 toothbrush a week ago and the features are very nice, however, the traveling case is absolutely terrible. First off, it is all plastic and very cheaply made. The button does not work and I have to use force to open the case. While using force, the toothbrush and brush fall out. I talked to customer service and she was not familiar with this case and offered no support other than to, "be careful." I am very confused as to how this is not a functional issue. The reason I purchased the 9 vs. 8 was for this case. I travel a great bit and my old Oral B toothbrush couldn't hold a charge longer than 48 hours. If you do not need a traveling case, then I suggest going with a cheaper model (IO 8 or 7). The toothbrush itself is made out of plastic and slips through your hand. I love the design, but Oral B is increasing its prices and using cheap materials. My old Oral B toothbrush has some weight to it and a grip, that case was amazing. On a side note, the Black Onyx does show toothpaste. It will drip down as you brush your teeth. The larger brush head makes it difficult to hold your mouth closed to avoid this. I have a habit of removing the brush head and rinsing everything, drying, then setting aside. I do not mind doing this, but it is something to take into consideration.

I’m excited for my teeth and their new potential. My teeth are getting whiter and i feel them to be so much cleaner. I can’t wait in between brushes now and get excited every time I get to use it. It feels very gentle but it does such a thorough job cleaning my teeth. I love my new toothbrush!

I bought this just over 2 years ago. After about a year it wouldn’t hold a charge or charge properly, I sent into Oral-B as it was still under warranty. Oral-B sent a fixed toothbrush or replacement back to me (not sure which). It has started doing it again and I am now just outside of warranty. This toothbrush is way too expensive to only last 2 years.

After each brushing it has given me the "just left the dentist" feeling. The timer feature is great, even if i don't always hit the magic time goal. The LED lights to show appropriate pressure or brushing firmness comes in very handy. Having the a speed adjustment is just a bonus. The only negative is that i have been unable to connect by Bluetooth.

Teeth whitening, gentle gums, deep clean and more. I love all the options because it allows me to set goals for my cleanings. Another great feature is the brush goes in 30sec intervals, so you know how long you have been cleaning. The best feature of this toothbrush however, is the technology within the brush. The toothbrush has a pressure sensor that lets you know with a green light if you are cleaning your teeth properly and it connects with an app on your phone that tracks your cleanings. Talk about a smart toothbrush.

From sensitive to extra sensitive and others!!! Its quiet doesnt feel like it's going to vibrate your teeth loose. Gives an excellent clean feeling after using it. Comes with 4 brush fillers great time charging doesnt take long at all! Very easy to use and easy to understand directions. All arou.d one of the best electronic toothbrushes I've ever owned!! Highly recommend this excellent tooth brush!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tooth brush is really top notch. The front shows a sun and says hello when it turns on which is such a cute feature! I also love the customization of being able to choose what color it glows. The options from sensitive to whitening to daily clean are so great. It gives great guidance on if your brushing too hard or just right. The timer has been especially helpful it letting me know how long I need to be brushing for. It goes two minutes and even flashes you a smile, or a frown depending on how long you brush. I really feel dentist clean after brushing with this toothbrush. I recommend it!
