I've never used a deep fryer before, and so I was excited to try it, and especially to compare it to the instant pot air fryer that I regularly use. I set them up side by side and made a couple batches of the same foods in both appliances. The T-Fal deep fryer was easy to set up, simple to use, and easy to clean up as well. It certainly was a lot less work than I expected. It heats up quickly, usually in less time that it takes to prepare the food to deep fry. I was also thankful for the extra filter in the deep fryer - my house didn't smell like a deep fryer after using it! (There is still some scent of cooking oil, but not nearly as much as there would be without the extra filter.) The cooking time is also quite fast, under 5 minutes for most items, which by comparison was less time than the air fryer, although the air fryer still only used about 10 to 15 minutes (overall much faster than baking in the oven!) I cooked both spring rolls and homemade zucchini fries, and they were both satisfying out of both appliances (in the photos the deep fried food is on the right and the air fryer food on the left). The deep fryer provided that satisfying crunch and indulgence that you can only get from deep frying, but I did find the foods to be greasier than I preferred. The foods I made in the air fryer were just as tasty, crunchy, and hit the spot for when I want these pub style foods, without the guilt of knowing they were dripping in oil. In the end, I'm happy with my air fryer and will use it regularly, but perhaps I'll pull out the deep fryer when I'm making large batches of french fries or appetizers for a party.

It is super easy to take apart a d clean each piece and it truly does not make your house smell like fried food! The cord is also magnetic so if it is tugged on the fryer will not fall off the counter.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this T-Fal Odor less deep fryer, it has been years since I’ve had one and I was excited to try it. We decided we were going to make poutine and chicken fingers.  I loved everything about it, it was easy to put together, perfect size and so simple to use.  I do remember with my previous deep fryer it was very smelly this one does still have a slight odor but very minimal . This cooked our food perfectly! I love the window to be able to look through it instead of having to open it all the time. My only complaint is that where the handle is there is a small gap around the handle. I feel when it’s being stored it is not completely sealed up. I just put a piece of tinfoil over it to completely covered it up. I wish the handle was foldable to avoid it sticking out during storage, since it will still have oil inside. I give this a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. 

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This deep fryer was so easy to put together and more importantly SO easy to take apart to get clean! It is a fairly large piece of equipment so be prepared to commit some space to this bad boy. We found the odor less claim to be a touch less than true but it is a minor thing in my opinion anyhow. Follow the directions and make sure you get enough oil! (about 3.5 Litres) and you will have yourself some perfectly fried treats!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We made fish in the tfal odorless deepfryer! it's a bit large, but very easy to use, easy to clean (also can be cleaned in a dishwasher). Drains and filters the oil after each use. we learned to try not to over fill the oil, in fact next time we know to use a little less than capacity because it does splatter out thru the air vent all over the wall and ceiling. Overall it works great!

This product keeps my house smelling clean, the steam that comes out while in use is odour less. Great product! I cooked chicken wings and they turned out great and so crispy, just like what you would get at a restaurant. Can’t wait to keep trying new recipes with it!

So first things first is to reiterate the fact that this product is odor less and not odorless because that means there is still a smell that escapes from the product and that it does a better job in lessening the odor but you can still smell it thus odor less (two words). One thing I do like about the deep fryer is the fact it comes with a clear class window and I like how the basket can go up and down while the lid is closed. I’m scared of deep frying things because of the oil bubbling this is more of a safety issue for me so I prefer that there is something between my hand and that bubbling oil. The deep fryer does a good job deep frying and everything turned out the way it should. It only takes a couple minutes for fries and most things. I do wish that it was easier to store the oil in a airtight space so that I don’t have to pour the oil out to save it. Overall this deepfryer performs well!

No other cooking method can give the flavor of frying and I love that taste. It is the ideal size even for small kitchens. The frying basket and oil container are suitable for frying food for almost 4 people in a single load. If you live in an apartment like me, the odorless fryer is a godsend. Normally, no matter how much I ventilate after frying, use odor eliminators, etc., the smell is always there when I step into the house the next day. Thanks to T-Fal, you may not even need room spray. The non-fogging glass allows me to observe the food, which means I can decide the level of frying I want. I also loved that it was analog. The analog screen shows which product should be cooked at which temperature, I don't have to read the booklet every time. It is very easy to clean and disassemble. I was very pleased, hands free, odor free, a great appliance.
