Literally worked for two weeks and then the rest button keeps kicking it off to where it won’t heat. Waste of money. Wish they offered negative stars

Bought just over a year ago and suddenly the reset button doesn't work. Only used it once when i first got it then product functions fine until it didn't. Won't purchase tfal again since they don't last but about a year. Can't get support.

Unit itself functions well. Not much capacity though-280 grams of French fries at a time

Does not get rid of odors, but might help. The green light would not work to idicate ready

There is an open gap where the handle is - so the smoke/smell pour out the gap
