Poor quality design, inserts pulled out of their sockets before the chair was fully assembled. I returned it for a refund.

I panicked a bit when I opened the box and saw too many pieces and screws (I had not assembled anything for years!), but fortunately the instructions were excellent and all of the pieces were there, including the only tool that was required. I took me one hour to assembly it. I love that the position of the lumbar support is adjustable.

Really liked the look and quality of the chair. Ordered ONE to try it out before looking to re-order more for the rest of the office. Sadly, they're no longer available. Any chance they will re-stock soon?

Absolutely worth every dollar and many, many more. This is a solid chair with quality features. The quality of this chair does not meet the price. This is a $400 chair, with a $99 price tag. 1. This chair is COMFY!!!! Can get through the work day without a care. (I suffer daily pain caused by a back injury from being rear-ended several years ago.) 2. The seat is super thick foam. While it has give in it, it is firm enough that I expect it to last many years. 3. The arms can be flipped up so the chair goes under the table/desk, then flipped down for use. 4. I am 5'0", my husband is 5'10". The height adjustment is suitable for both of us plus room to spare both up and down. 5. The mesh back is solid and strong and makes sitting for hours much more comfortable then our solid backed chairs. 6. Assembly was fast and simple. 7. This chair looks like much more expensive chairs. 8. Simply put, this chair looks, feels, is feature loaded, and assembles like a $400 chair. Yet, is it only $99.

I’ve been waiting for this chair to come back in months. Finally snagged it only to be missing several key parts when delivered (base, base plate, seat plate) so there is no way to assemble it. I tried calling the customer service number on the box that says “call us first” but no one picks up. So now I’m left with pieces of a chair that can’t be assembled and no remedy other than to repackage, return to local club, and attempt to reorder completely.

Product came damaged. Mesh material for the backing was noted to be ripped when opening box to assemble chair. When attempting to get a replacement product it is no longer available. In order to get a refund chair has to be completely taken apart, repackaged, and returned to the store, leaving me at a loss without a chair. Attempted to upload pictures on review and it gives an error message.

What a good deal. Hard to find a decent chair at a good price, this one feels like a good quality chair. It is a smaller chair but doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy and is very comfortable. It was easy to put together, was able to do it on my own.
