[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so HAPPY when I received my Sealy Posterpedic Spring Pillowtop Medium III. On the 1st night it felt weird because I was so used to my other bed. But after the 2nd night my body had gotten used to it and it was very comfortable. It has so many layers to make the perfect bed. If I could get this bed for all my family and friends I would! It's just that comfortable!! It has not only changed my sleep but also my daily mood. I didn't realize I wasn't getting a good night's rest until I slept on this bed. If you are thinking about purchasing this bed don't think anymore just order it or go in the store to purchase. You won't regret it. I promise!! It has also made me change the esthetics in my room and my room decor! It's really that great!!

Have only slept on the mattress 4 nights now but have noticed the hip pain I was experiencing (side sleeper) has not been there. Mattress is firm, but not too firm and I think it will take a while to break in. Bought a mattress topper just in case it was too firm, but it's still in the box and I'm hoping I won't need it. So far we're happy with the purchase.

This mattress stopped my lower back pain immediately. I no longer wake up with a stiff back. The mattress and foundation sits higher on my bed frame than my last bed did but It's a nice change. If you suffer from lower or any kind of back pain, this mattress is a great option, the right amount of firmness and some softness.

I'd like start off by saying I'm 6'4 240lbs and a stomach sleeper, with that being said this mattress is firm enough that I don't wake up with back pain from my sling being thrown out of alignment due to sinking into the mattress. I don't really have a single complaint to voice other than if you really want a firm mattress this is not the one for you ! I'd be hard pressed to imagine anybody would lay on this and say they hated it

We needed a new mattress and after visiting several stores and looking at countless brands we found this bed. By far the best value and comfort. Was hard for the first bit but has broken in quickly and now we are getting the best sleep we have had in a while.

This bed is like sleeping on a cloud. That's saying a lot for a memory foam mattress. I remember the days when they felt like the "extra firm" mattresses the stores had left over that no one wanted. I can't honestly say I slept better than on my old mattress, but that's just my messed up sleep cycle. What DID happen was I woke up with no shoulder or hip pain. As a side sleeper, that's a big deal. So if you have those problems with your current mattress, I urge you to give this one a try.

i would like to give a five star rating but we just received it a few days ago.so far we love this mattress and have had another Sealy product that lasted over ten years- we love the feel of the top, soft to the touch but the mattress firmness holds your weight evenly mostly the middle part of the mattress

I bought the mattress because my lower back was in bad shape. I bought this mattress with a base. I get the support I need from the mattress and it hugs my shape and relives the pressure points.

I have severe acid reflux and needed and adjustable bed. This mattress is so comfortable and works great with the frame. I should have done this sooner.
