This is crazy deal!

Local game shops still selling this for $400 and the box alone is reselling at around 60. Good quality leather or pleather idk . Good felt gaming box too. Bought it to grade the charizard it comes with . Cons: the cards are packaged and protected however they are little warped when opened .

Embarrassing delivery! Shipped the box itself with no packaging. Arrived with the plastic wrap off of it and the box banged up all over. This was to be one of my son's primary Christmas presents I just cannot belief r a Pokemon set would be shipped as is and this is acceptable to a company. Extremely disappointed and frustrated!

I didnt know this set existed until I saw it on sams. If it was still 400 I wouldnt even consider it, but for 200 this is the perfect set. The box play mat is super nice, the deck boxes are leather, the damage markers and status markers are way better than the dice, and EVERY CARD IS HOLO. This set gives you three ready to play decks and the cards instantly brought me back to my childhood. I dont know where all my childhood cards went but this box makes me feel like I have them back, except better because they are brand new. I dont care about price speculation or "investing" in pokemon cards, I just want to be able to play the card game easily with my wife and kid. This lets me do that and it is a home run without a doubt.

Finally decided to leave a review after some confusion of my order. However my issue has been resolved and i am in possession of my purchase. However, my neighbors should not know that i have almost $400 worth of pokemon cards at my door unattended. Please require a signature for orders that are this price, especially for cards. Please be more discreet with the labeling of your merchandise. Wonderful product though. Will continue to use Wal-Mart .

The package was handled carelessly and was damaged and not even wrapped properly. No box or wrap to protect it and the shrink wrap even wasn't intact. Corners damaged and holes in box.

Product arrived 5 days early and with the price under $200 I got 2 for the price of one. Could have been packaged better for shipping but all in all great buy.

Every box of this has the same exact cards - All cards are foil and includes a set of the starter pokemon, and their evolutions including Blastoise, Venusaur and Charizard. For the $200 price point it's a steal and honestly mind boggling that people keep passing this up.
