We use it for sleeping and naps. I have problems with daily migraines so I have to rest a lot. My husband has hyperhidrosis and at night he sweats so bad we used to change the at least 3x a week. Since we purchased the Silver Chill Hybrid we haven't had to change them once. I have had 17 surgeries and four of them on my back. I could sleep no more than two hours at a time. I have actually slept up to seven hours, which is heaven to me!!! Thank you so much!

Before purchasing this mattress my nights had been restless for the past several years because my back would hurt in my sleep. Now it doesn't matter what position I sleep, my back does not hurt and my sleep is uninterrupted. I'm very happy and pain free!!!

Having researched and tried out mattresses more than any car I've ever purchased, we decided on the Silver Chill Plush King. I spent many hours at various stores laying on mostly hybrid mattresses and a few memory foam mattresses. There were a few other mattresses in the running, but then I'd check CR and find out that their ratings indicated that they wouldn't hold up. Several of the Sealy hybrid models were rated considerably higher, so I narrowed the focus to these. We've had it for two nights now and I've yet to sleep in it as my allergies have kicked in and I'm keeping my wife awake, so I've been sleeping upstairs. But she has slept in it two nights and I think the jury is still out for her. Our old bed was a nearly 20 year old firm queen with a 2" topper, and was too hard for me (side sleeper) to get comfortable in, but she, (back sleeper) sometimes slept 7-8 hours through without moving. A good night for me is waking up six times and being able to roll over and get back to sleep. We both have nights where we wake up after 3- 4 hours and don't get back to sleep. The mattress was delivered at 4:30 pm and placed on the adjustable frame. There was some odor to it, so I left in uncovered with a fan blowing on it for about 4 hours. The smell had dissipated by 8:30, so I put the protective cover and sheets on. There hasn't been any noticeable odor since. Comfort wise, we think it's slightly firmer (though still on the plush side of the comfort level) as compared to the mattresses we tried at various stores. I expect it to soften up a bit with time. I will give you an update in a couple of months and see if it is still deserves the 5 star rating.

I no longer wake up with muscle ache or a bend neck. Even though it is soft, it still offer amazing support. The thermal confit is exceptional And reliable, I don't feel like I am sweeting in the middle of the night for no reason. It is one of the best health investment you will ever do.

I really like this mattress. We have only had it for about a month now, and I like how cooling it is, especially on warmer nights! I also never thought I would have opted for a firm mattress, but this one really helps me sleep. Would highly recommend it!

I have been searching for a new mattress for a while due to the lack of sleep and the morning back pains. After driving to every possible mattress store in the area I ran into the Sealy Hybrid and I was instantly in love with it. As soon as I laid down in the mattress I got an instant smile, my body felt the difference.

After testing and researching mattresses we kept returning to the Sealy Hybrid. This mattress so far has delivered a great nights sleep no matter what position we are sleeping. The only issue was the time it took to off-gas the foam which we understood from our research would happen; we waited two days before we slept on the bed.

This is the only new mattress where I had a comfortable sleep the first night of use! Hybrid Silver Chill Plush Tight Top highly recommended. Previous bed was a Tempur -Pedic that had served me well for over 17 years and every bit as comfortable. I was also able to use my existing adjustable bed base so that was an additional plus!

The soft to the touch but firm mattress is outstanding. I plan on keeping this for 20+ years. You can tell the handmade craftsmanship will last for years. Will purchase again and highly recommend this wonderful mattress.

I'm 250 lbs and have the back problems to match. My spouse is 140 lbs. After crawling out of the dip on my side of the mattress one morning, we decided to do a few in-home trials (including the gimmicky "egg-test" mattress). Save yourself the hassle. The Silver Chill (firm) is soft on top, but has the firm support I need.
