We bought this mattress with matching box spring new after researching brands and types due to back pain problems. We love the way this mattress sleeps and supports you, very comfortable and it eliminated my back pain.....but a defect has shown up and we have not even owned the mattress 6 months. The pillow top portion of the mattress is shifting on just one side and caving in. We have tried to submit a warranty claim but they have denied it due to something I feel has no bearing on the mattress issue. So beware and make sure you read the warranty card before you purchase because they will not warranty it if you don't. It's a shame because I haven't even owned it 6 months !!!

I purchase a Sealy Posturepedic Norman Medium. My entire life I always had a Sealy mattress, my mom raised us with Sealy mattress. I had my old Sealy Posturepedic platinum plus for 11 years, it was a flip able mattress. When I save up some money to purchase a new one, of course it would be Sealy, never had a issue until now. I had to purchase a hybrid because flip able mattress is no longer being made. I did my research because Hybrid mattress are new to me. We went to the mattress experts (Mattress Firm) at least I thought. My fiancé and I went to look for a mattress and we layed on it as we were told by the sealer so see how it felt. Well we both are between 230-250 pounds and the sealer could see this. We ask what would be best for us and we was told the Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid. It's the worst Sealy I've ever had, it is not motion isolation, every time he moves I feel it and when he gets in the bed it sinks on his side and rises on my side. I am still paying on this mattress and cannot afford to purchase another one. I have awaking everyday after two weeks of sleeping on this mattress with my side and back hurting, I'm a side sleeper, he's a back sleeper and has the same problem. We was told this is the mattress with need for our sleeping position. What we really need is a refund or direction to the proper mattress for our sleep position and size.

I am 5'10" 190lbs and generally a side and back sleeper. This mattress has support right where i need it. The transition from back to side is extremely comfortable. No more back or shoulder pain. I am also a very warm sleeper and this mattress has an excellent cooling cover.

This mattress replaced an inner coil mattress that I had owned for several years. This mattress feels incredibly cozy and comfortable while still being firm and supportive. I was able to get a comfortable night's sleep with minimal repositioning throughout the night. I have been impressed with the durability and quality so far. I have had this mattress for several months and do not notice any decrease in comfort or extremely noticeable indentations from sleeping in the same spot. Another thing I am happy with is how quiet and stable this mattress is. My spouse has chronic pain and moves about quite a bit throughout the night but I do not feel or hear any movement when sleeping on this mattress. Overall I am very impressed and happy with this mattress. I would gladly recommend and repurchase it.

So far I like the bed. I spent a bunch of money on a Stearns and Foster and it turned into a hammock in less than a year. This bed is soft enough to support my back and so far (3 months) seems to be holding it's shape. We also bought an adjustable base which helps to relieve back pressure.

After returning our Sleep Number bed, we had the fortune of experiencing the Plush Sealy Silver Chill mattress. We have to say that it is truly the best world of comfort combined with non transfer movement. We will be having many peaceful nights of sleep on this wonderful mattress. It is one that also keeps the foam in it cool for a much needed good night's rest. Does not disappoint and highly recommended!

Purchased the SilverChill Hybrid plush king size mattress. My husband and I both sleep very hot so wanted the "cool" mattress. It definitely keeps us cool. Touching the mattress you can feel the cold. Its also very very comfortable! You just snuggle in and sleep!

I had chronic back pain for years and finally got this mattress and a Sleepy's coconut bliss pillow and my pain is gone, haven't woken up once during the night since I've had it and I feel so rested and refreshed every morning. This is such a great mattress for half the price of a similar Tempur-Pedic. It is firm but also plush, perfect balance.

My husband and I love our new Sealy Hybrid mattress! It's not too hard nor too soft. It is our first hybrid mattress and it gives the perfect amount of support no matter what position we sleep in. Before we purchased it, we both had back and shoulder pain. My husband would wake up several times a night aching because he couldn't get comfortable. A lot of times it would wake me too because I could feel him moving. Now, he gets a good night's rest...And so do I! If he does get up in the middle of the night, I never know it! Also, if you get hot when we you sleep, the cooling affect it has, you will not sweat! It's awesome too!

This mattress (hybrid silver chill plush) is very comfortable and I can't wait to get into bed. The plush is soft but still very supportive. I only wish the sides of the mattress were padded so you can't feel the metal springs. But other than that I'm happy with the purchase.
