We found this mattress at another store and then bought it through Sam's because of the advertised $200 gift card. We have called/chatted/emailed Sam's so many times. They are passing it off on Sealy, but when we reach out to them through the number provided by Sam's customer service, they put it back on Sam's. Sam's had no trouble charging our credit card for $3000, but now they won't honor the $200 e-card promo that's advertised on their own website. As for the actual mattress, it's not awful, but we aren't loving it and would not buy it again.
