Also, the deodorant aspect wears off in a couple hours. Overall, Timber is easy to apply and smells wonderful, but it is not effective for a man who works outside and/or does manual labor constantly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Timber with Sandalwood antiperspirant & deodorant from Old Spice for a little while now, and honestly, it’s been great. I apply it early in the morning and by the time I’m winding down at night, I can still smell it working. That’s at least 18 hours of solid coverage. It doesn’t fade halfway through the day like others I’ve tried. The scent is actually one of my favorite parts. It’s got that clean, woodsy smell like I just walked out of the forest (in a good way). Not overpowering, just fresh and natural. I do shower at night, but if I didn’t, I feel like this stuff would still hold up longer. It was easy to apply, no stain or white marks on clothing and it does a good job in protecting underarm sweat and odor. He has used it daily since we received it. Also, it glides easily into the skin and loves the scent (deep sea).
