The sandalwood and cypress notes give the fresh and clean feel at first, but I noticed at the end of the day it kind of feels like the scent is totally gone making me feel the need to reapply it. It doesn't go on very smoothly, but I guess that is why it is a dry-feel antiperspirant. The scent is pleasant , but I am not overly impressed with everything else and can't say that I would recommend it. I love the smell of the ocean and was hoping it would be something reminiscent of that. Was rather disappointed, it smelled like a chemical version of someone trying to make an ocean smell. I know it’s very hard to replicate natural smells in something like deodorant and it does still smell good, but not as great as I was hoping. Also not a fan of the antiperspirant factor, not great for the skin and body. But if you purely want something to make you smell nice and don’t care about ingredients, Old Spice will never let you down. It's a mixture of Dark Cedar + Amber. The scent is exactly as described. This antiperspirant held up well for him and kept him dry. He didn't have any irritation. It was very gentle on his skin.
