It came in very securely packaged. After few wash, I can say it helped me with my frizzy hair, the conditioner helps with detainlgness which slow down my hair breakage. I love using this product as it smells so good and leaves my hair soft ans smooth. Rinsing is very easy it doesn't leave my grease in my hair or scalp.

I have fine, thin hair so I have to have hair products to help give body to my hair and some shampoos won't clean it all the way out but this does. My hair did have good shine afterwards as well.
