It helps my hair look shiny and clean. My hair feels soft after using this. I would recommend this to anyone.

I've used Herbal essence in the past without problems so it leads me to belive its something in this particular one that my head just doesn't like. I'd still recommend Herbal Essence just probably not this one.

I love the smell and feel of my hair using the herbal essance smoothing line. I love the pump and I don't feel like I have any residue after using. It cleans really well, without stripping my color and leaving behind enough moisture that my hair feels soft! It doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy, which is not complimentary to my hair type! My hair is soft and shiny. It has body, too, which is something i really need! Between all that and the price, which is quite affordable, I would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the scent of this shampoo! If you used Herbal Essences in the early 2000s you'll remember this lovely scent. The shampoo cleans well, but maybe was a bit hard on my hair because it left that squeeky feeling. I didn't use it with the herbal essences conditioner, I just used one I already had on hand, and my hair felt a bit dry after washing. Perhaps with the corresponding conditioner it would have felt better.
