[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smooth rose hips shampoo has a delightful floral scent that doesn't smell like your grandmother's perfume! It's not overwhelming but more of a clean floral smell. The shampoo itself is thick enough that it doesn't just run out of my hand onto the shower floor when I'm applying it to my hair. It lathers up really nicely and leaves my hair/head feeling clean and free of my hair products residue. I was pleasantly surprised to find, even after several uses, this shampoo did not dry out my hair! I have bleached, naturally straight, medium length hair that has a tense to become dry if I don't use the correct products, and this shampoo did not cause any additional dryness so I will be keeping in stock in my arsenal of hair products from now on. You can't beat the value of it either! Herbal essences has always had great prices and this shampoo is a nice addition to their product line.

This line specifically smells the best, in my opinion and the nice floral, fresh scent lingers in a good way. I always get complimented on my perfume but i dont wear any. I just tell them its my hair haha. My hair feels soft and smooth afterwards with very little frizzing. I like it.

I use this off and on when my hair needs a change up and then go right back to it. I love the consistency of the quality this has for years. I favor the original scents and products so much.
