The herbal essence rose shampoo smells just like it did when I was a kid. Foams up nicely. I would recommend using a conditioner as it made my hair feel slightly dry. This could depend on your hair type as well. Would recommend.

I wasn't able to activate the pump for a couple days I finally called herbal essences they told me how to open it it was still difficult but it finally popped up after turning counterclockwise and pressing down I told them it's very difficult and they should make it easier but otherwise I would have given it five stars cuz it's a good shampoo!

My daughter and I use this shampoo every other day and we love it. Our hair is clean smelling and shiny. My daughter uses the cream rinse as well. We have been using this shampoo for so long that I don't remember when we first bought it. We will use it as long as the product doesn't change!

I love the scent of Herbal Essences and how it stays in my hair. The most amazing compliment is getting a hug and hearing "wow your hair smells amazing!" I also love how manageable my hair is after I wash it. I'm not one to use conditioner so I know that if I added that it would be even better.

I love love love LOVE this shampoo and the conditioner. I needed a change from using suave for the last couple of years and I don't think I'll ever go back. My hair just stopped smelling good after a while and I didn't like it, Since the first day I switched I noticed a huge difference on how clean my hair felt, smelled and looked. Yes, suave is reasonable on their prices but it doesn't hurt to spend a little more extra when it comes to your hair care. My hair is also very thick and it works well with it, I'm impressed!
