It is not thick so it rinses out easily. It smells great, like roses. The scent lasts for hours after washing your hair too. It made my hair more manageable after use. It is great for thin hair like mine. I would strongly recommend this shampoo for daily use as it is gentle on your hair.

I laugh every time I pick up the bottle because for some reason "rose hips" isn't a phrase I hear often, so it makes me think of a song from my childhood: "Chicken lips and lizard hips and alligator eyes..." Not exactly a shower song of choice, but it turns into an almost daily ear worm. :)

It brings me back to my childhood when i would walk past the bathroom when my mom was showering and smell this scent coming from there. Not only is the scent amazing but it leaves my hair feeling so clean! it sudds up so good also. this will always be a favorite of mine!

I decided to try this shampoo again because I wanted to re-introduce sulfates into my hair care. They just clean better and I really missed the rich lather. This shampoo really cleaned my scalp and it smells amazing! I use this once a week or every other week because I do want to keep using my sulfate-free products. I just use this shampoo for a deeper, more thorough clean. It doesn't dry out my hair and my wavy hair appreciates how clean my scalp feels.

As for the actual shampoo performance I was not too impressed. There's nothing too special about this shampoo. My hair felt flat and limp after the first day, and it doesn't do much for my frizzy hair.

It's a perfect, not overpowering, rose smell that leaves your hair smelling floral without being overpowering. My hair felt smooth and soft after the very first use. I'm not big on conditioner due to buildup but I'd consider this scent just for it to last a tad longer!
