DO NOT BUY

This shampoo dried out my scalp so much it gave me dandruff and my scalp is constantly itchy and dry. but it smells good.. :)

Not impressed

The smell is overwhelming. The cleaning power was more drying than cleaning. My hair became overly dry and my scalp itchy. Not a fun or good experience. My honest opinion in exchange of product for review.

Dried my hair out

I wanted to love this. The scent is amazing. I've always used cheap shampoo like Aussie, Pantene etc. but this was horrible. It dried out my hair badly. I went back to Aussie.

Awesome

I have to say this product is awesome! It makes your hair super smooth! It doesn't weigh your hair down! It also makes her hair smell AMAZING! I will be buying this product from now on! I did recieve this as a free sample from @influenster!!

horrible

i have long and thick hair made my hair tangled and a frizzy mess do not buy it will damage your hair and get it very tangled it's also not only this shampoo the yellow one to and every product from this brand

Be assured we're reporting your encounter to our Quality Assurance Team. Severe tangling is sometimes referred to as bird nesting, and it is more common in hair that has become dry and damaged from styling, perming, dyeing, or bleaching. To prevent tangling, try using shampoo and conditioner with a higher level of conditioning. You may also want to try a conditioning treatment 2 or 3 times a week.

Smells great, works okay

This shampoo smells awesome but doesn't control my frizz as well as I'd hoped. I'd recommend it for someone who has less frizzy hair than I do. I received this product for free but all opinions are my own.

Best product and packaging you got.

The other packaging you use is CRAP such as those Color me happy bottles YUCK! Please go back to this style of design it was definitely more please to look at and the smell is amazing.

Fantastic

I love this shampoo! It makes my hair feel so clean and refreshed and the smell is INCREDIBLE. No matter how many shampoos I switch around to, NONE of them compare! Love love love!

Very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this product! It works great by helping my hair feel clean but also soft and healthy. Plus it smells fabulous but can Herbal Essence even make anything that does not smell amazing? Love it!
