Dandruff can happen if there ha been changes to your diet, or hormonal changes. If you have changed your hair style recently without changing your shampoo can cause problems as well. Sometimes a flaky, itchy scalp may not always be dandruff. Flaking could be residue from a build-up of hairsprays or other grooming products.
