I can tell the immediate change in my hair after using this shampoo a couple of times. My hair holds up so much more shine and it feels a lot more cleaner. Not that this is necessarily a bad thing I just didnt like the texture of it. I really loved the scent and was hoping my hair would smell exactly how it did in the bottle but it didnt and that was a little disappointing. I think if the scent would have actually stuck to my hair I would have went with 4 stars and since half stars aren't an option I went with 3.
