I have gone through a lot of highly stressful situations and emotions over the last few years that have left me feeling and looking drained. I'm only into the first months of using SeroVital but so far it has been well worth it. I feel more energetic which takes a lot of caffeine usually and now I don't need as much to get my day started. I have horrible insomnia issues and this product is beginning to help me get a better quality of sleep as well. It's all been gradual but quick enough to feel it. I am not using it for the anti-wrinkle specifically but I notice my skin does feel firmer and a little glow. I can't wait to see and feel the effects after 6 months and then a year.

The fruit punch flavored powder tastes great and works great. It dissolves completely in seconds and easy to drink. I also feel like a liquid absorbs better. I've used both, the capsules and the powder and definitely prefer the powder. If you're scared of the taste don't be, it's yummy! I'm a 52 year old woman and I've never looked or felt better.
