I've tried for two+ weeks, but it's too hard to take on an empty stomach and I have to drink tons of water to get all 4 pills down. I end up waking all night to use the rr. Plus only taking it with water is tough bc it gives me indigestion. I know. Weird. Therefore, this is so much of a challenge to take I don't see myself keeping this up. I really wanted it to work for me though!

That could be from extra energy I had-eat less, work outside longer. Going with this again.
