I never miss a dose - I sometimes wake up in the dead of night to take my Serovital. ❤️❤️

Day one of drinking the sickening-sweet product, I took a headache. I was drinking the mix at night and had a headache each night. I started taking it in the morning instead, with much worse results. I'm pretty sure the headaches are related to the alternative sugars in the product, but I am not certain. I just couldn't take the product, so the company allowed me to return it.

I have it now on delivery so I always stay fresh. Beauty is an uphill battle at 60+ but at keast I have SeraVital on my side. When I tell people my age it's as if I was fibbing, yeah!

That is why I am IN LOVE with the powder. I make it first thing in the morning and never forget. I do Intermittent Fasting and am trying to move to a lower sugar diet and it really helps me during those morning hours.

Ok so I started taking the pills on Friday, by Tues, I was having the worse hot flash ever, blood pressure drop dangerously low, and I was having mood swings. I was not doing good with these pills, it was awful, on top of that, I felt alittle confused. I was about to go to the doctors and realize it was the serovital that I had took, serious side effects!!!

I find that when I go back on it again feel so much better. I like the benefits that it gives my 53-year-old skin as well as the energy that my body enjoys.

I really love this product. I have been using this for about a month and a half. One thing I have noticed is that I feel more radiant and have more energy throughout my day. It makes your skin glow a more youthful look. As with everything else, I do exercise and so should you. Any bad habit will ruin you no matter what medication you take or treatment. It's from within that counts.
