I can tell that there is a positive change in my energy levels - I definitely don't feel as tired as before and I don't feel like I need to go to bed at 9 pm, as I used to before I started the products. I have used this product since 2015. It used to work and I did see results. However this last 6months I have noticed it is no longer working. As I understand it, this product was formulated to support youthful pituitary function associated with lean musculature.

I'm loathe to confuse coincidence with correlation, and it's difficult to draw general conclusions from the results of an individual, but it's the simplest and most straightforward thing in the world to relay my own experiences. I'm 36 now, 37 in a little over 2 weeks and I've been taking Serovital every night for about 45 days now. Honestly I expected nothing. Nothing bad, nothing good, just nothing. I, however, find myself waking up without an alarm before 6:00 every morning with more than enough energy to take on the day. I am more focused and productive at work. I find myself running farther and faster at the gym, and lifting heavier, for a greater number of reps. I struggle to think of the last time I was fatigued in the middle of the day. Mood is often the result of other conditions, where a minor injury can have you down, or a financial windfall can pick up up despite such an injury so I, in my skepticism, assume it's not the Serovital that has my mood elevated. Instead I suspect a cascade effect, a little good here and a little more there has improved the energy, and strength I feel day to day, and with that I do feel… happier. Anyhow, been taking it for about four years now. I do believe how you take it is very important. I usually wake up at 2-3 AM to use the restroom then go back to bed until 7AM. Empty stomach is critical to effectiveness. Aside from the skin tone affects I noticed a considerable effect in the gym. Increase in strength and stamina.
