I have been a long time user of the capsules and love them for all their benefits. I received the powder as a trial. I was able to get two doses down but I'll have to throw away the rest because I don't think I can stomach them. I like the idea of a powder rather than capsules but for me, the flavor is just not palatable. In my opinion there's a lot of improvement to be made in the powder's flavor.
