I bought both advanced pills and powder. How do I use this.Both or separate.

I bought this and took an entire box as directed. No improvements at all.

Would not spend my money on this again.

I've been using serovital for about 6 weeks, and I must say I am very disappointed with the lack of results. I have noted absolutely no difference in how I sleep, look, or feel. The product does not live up to any of the promises made in the commercials or literature. I also don't like taking something that doesn't have a list of ingredients listed anywhere. For all I know, the capsules only contain corn starch! I will be cancelling my subscription, and won't reorder. I feel I have taken them long enough, following directions precisely, to have noticed a difference by now.

I think the energy I have throughout each day is a result of the true rest and vitamins. I always take them before bed at least 2 hrs after eating. It takes a few weeks to feel results. I will not go without these!
