I bought 4 boxes but I waited till after the holidays so I could be more consistent and not eat 2 hours before bedtime. It seems to be working well. I find myself getting better sleep. It is a little pricey.

I absolutely love the taste of the SeroVital Powder! The packs make it super easy to bring everywhere. I also leave a couple in my car so I can add to my water bottle anytime! I highly recommend this product.
