Based on this early review, I cannot comment on any changes to my complexion just yet. One change that did happen very quickly - better sleep. I've just noticed that I am getting a deep sleep and a bit longer than usual. This change makes me very happy since I have had no luck getting a good rest at night!

I have definately noticed that my muscles are not recovering like they were when taking Serovial and I am much more sore from manjal labor that I would hardly aaffect me previously. I have some tilling that needs to be done and am looking forward to my next shipment arriving soon. Awesome product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I just hit 57 annd I've only made it through my very first box-with which I need to be more consistent; but due to my mom's 3 strokes and recent passing, having a son in the hospital, another working after school, and many changes going on, things have been chaotic. I have noticed that when I am able (have time!) to sleep, I do rest better; and I have a good bit more energy to spread out with my kids (14-35), and my grandkids (3-12). I've been keeping up with runs to the hospital, running youngest kids to and from school and work —plus helping my older daughter with her 2 little boys while she's been down with a broken foot! Looks like I found Serovital JUST In TIME! I had no idea I would be spread so thin -and with the holidays upon us too! All I can say is TRY IT! I believe you will be VERY GLAD you did! I'm about to start my 2nd box—and I'm hoping things keep improving! I believe they WILL!

I wasn't sure I wanted to continue using it but when I stopped..oh my gosh, my hair and eyelashes seemed to quit growing and looked really dull, my skin had a different color to it kinda grayish and had a hard time sleeping well and all thru the night!
