Only marginal results after month one and two, but things started to happen during month 3. My skin looks younger and feels so much better. II feel as though wrinkles are fading and I feel better overall about myself. I have recommended this product to a few of my friends

I noticed deeper sleep and a great improvement in my energy levels, specifically in the mornings! I don't believe I used it long enough to show skin improvements; however, I believe there could be a potential for it.

It's a little too sweet for me and since it is recommended to not drink or eat anything for two hours it is a little inconvenient to use.

I can't say I see a major difference in my skin yet, however I have had wonderful unexpected benefits. Since I hit menopause, I have gained weight which was never an issue for me, and have a reduced energy level, and sex drive. From day 2 of taking serovital, both my energy level and libido have increased -something I truly didn't even know was a benefit of the product ! I have also lost almost 5 pounds, which again was not at all my focus. I normally don't write reviews, but if I can help other women feel good, then I'm all for it .i recommend this to anyone !
