I didn't have signs of becoming more youthful but also didn't have signs of aging during a couple years of excessive stress. I was in my 50 then and in great health with excellent nutrition. It reminds me of a fruit punch pre-workout I used to take, so it does have a that kind of taste to it, though not nearly as strong as a pre-workout. The artificial taste is definitely more appealing than most supplements. I found I have to use a frother to mix it thoroughly because it clumps up. My only complaint is that it's really sweet, but I don't like sweets so that makes sense. I definitely prefer the convenience of this powder over taking more pills so I will keep using.

It's only been one month so I haven't noticed to much at this point, but I do think my butt is flatter which makes me happy. I'm hoping to see less aging in my face in the future. I ran out today and I'm wondering why my new monthly supply hasn't come.

I love this product. I started using it and within 4 days, I was sleeping so well. I'm 66 years old and had trouble sleeping prior to using this product. It is amazing. I fall asleep now within a few minutes and stay asleep throughout the night. If I have to wake up for a bathroom break, I fall back asleep right away.
