I am not sure of any drastic changes, however I am hopeful my wrinkles will not get any worse. I am 61 and plan to continue for at least another year. It reminds me of a fruit punch pre-workout I used to take, so it does have a that kind of taste to it, though not nearly as strong as a pre-workout. The artificial taste is definitely more appealing than most supplements. I found I have to use a frother to mix it thoroughly because it clumps up. My only complaint is that it's really sweet, but I don't like sweets so that makes sense. I definitely prefer the convenience of this powder over taking more pills so I will keep using.
