I am seeing some positive results and am eager to see what another month could lead to. So far my pants are a bit looser, I can see a difference in my skin and at work my mood has become more positive, focused and yet relaxed with the daily stresses.

I didn't take anymore for months cos working late and not having the 2 hour window prevented my continued use. The one night I started back on Sero Vital and Wow! But It is easy to swallow. That's the main reason I don't take other vitamins. Because they are so hard to swallow
