After 3 days of taking as suggested. And I got very sick, very irritable upset and depressed. This stuff should come with warning info. Would not reccomend.

This product is great. I've been using it for years. I put the capsules next to my bed and take them in the middle of the night. That way I am certain to take on an empty stomach. With that said, I sleep better since I have been taking them!!!!!

I like the original SeroVital. I gave 4 stars because you have to wait 2 hours before being able to take the capsules after or before you eat. Also, I haven't seen any significant changes yet, but I will continue to use it a while longer
