I got compliments like smooth beautiful radiant. I also sleep very very well now I also wake up feeling more energized. The best part of it is my moods are way better.

I've been taking this product for about 3 years now. While on it, I stopped for a month and could really tell the difference; I felt tired and just didn't feel good. I went back on; and my energy level came back. I can tell my aging muscles are leaner while I am on this too. It's the feeling of well being that keeps me taking this product.

As for mood & sleeping I'm not sure so I guess that didn't make a difference either way or I would've noticed better sleep habits & more energy & better mood.
