I am very health cautious. This is an amazing healthy great snack full of flavor. Love the zip closure to keep the taste fresh. Excited to see if different flavors are out there

These are so delicious with the BEST ingredients. They had samples in the store so I just casually strolled by not looking to add anything to my bill. But THESE!! I had to make a u-turn and go get another sample and pick up a couple of bags. I'm a snacker and I'm always looking for healthier snacks.

This bag of delicious crunch is perfection. The amount of crunch, the not-too-overpowering flavor of coconut with all the pumpkin and sunflower seeds is so satisfying. I don't even care that they are keto friendly. The only guilt I feel is keeping them to myself.

For me these are a great new find for snacking. Their coconut taste and healthy nut/seed composition for me is a winning combination. However they have a couple of downsides. One is they are packaged as small clusters, however if the physical package is jossled or compressed they easily break down to their basic componets which is like eating cereal ny hand. Second, i have never seen these anywhere else so if Sams stops carrying them not sure where i would get them. Should I stock up?

I appreciate any snack on Keto that is crunchy and delicious… This product is definitely in that category. This is a great snack for anyone on keto or not!!

Surprised that these are so good after so many disappointments. Only problem is that family members not on a keto diet also love them so they don't last.

This is a mostly heathly snack. There is no need for Natural Flavor to be added or Xanthan Gum. Natural Flavors can be considered problematic because they often contain a complex mixture of chemicals, including solvents, preservatives, and emulsifiers, which are not always fully disclosed on labels, meaning consumers may not know exactly what they are consuming, even though the source is considered "natural"; additionally, the processing involved in creating these flavors can significantly alter the original food source, raising concerns about potential health implications for some individuals

This snack tasted pretty good - fine for a diabetic. However, the "clusters" disintegrated into mostly crumbs quickly, and the clusters became dust.

These are so good but only the top half can really be called clusters. The bottom half is so crunched up it wasn't worth trying to get it all over the place eating.

They tasted good but contained inulin which causes stomach issues- I wish Sams would get more gluten free item that are not packed with these item
