I have used all the Scott's products on my lawn and had the best looking yard on the block people would stop and ask me what i was using and i said Scott's fertilizer and grass seed.

I had no grass and now i have grass in only 3 weeks....i am very pleased with the 2x quick and thick sun and shade mix...i will use it on my front lawn for sure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I planted this seed in the fall of this year .I had to do very little watering. It came up looking great,a nice dark green color. It is now January 2016 and it is still beautiful.

Stripped area to be seeded....spread 20 yds. new topsoil....Scotts starter fertilizer....rolled surface...watered faithfully...mid May. First signs of germination was 15 days (not 5-10 as stated on label).Germination is now about 60%.
