one page says made 2020 one says 2022. contact us does not work. smart things and app calibration do not connect and my review was rejected why?? because negative????

I found the colour was not bright and too dark for dark colours. There seemed to be a darker band in the lower 1/3 of the screen. Returned and purchased an QLED model and the quality is superior to the crystal model.
