If there is one thing I most say I love about this TV it would have to be the samsung tv plus which come on it right out the box. Which for me was great I didn't have to try and find a app to watch TV on the the tv it was preinstalled which was great. I love this tv .

I like my Samsung UHD 4K so much because of the extreme picture clarity and ease of use. Doesn't matter if I'm gaming, surfing the web, or just watching tv, this is by far the best tv I've ever owned.

The Samsung station app is my personal favorite, there’s more of your favorite shows you can no longer fin on regularly cable TV. My personal opinion I think Samsung are very user friendly.

I have 2 Samsung smart phones. A70 & A53. Both are just ok. I bought a new 55" TV. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT, I need to reprogram it about every third time I turn it on. Or restart something. Most things I try to do get a message, 'not available on that model.' Not to happy with Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love love this TV, the picture is crystal clear, the colors are so natural and true. The voice is sharp and clear. There are tons of setting to customize everything from the picture to the voice tone.....there's an equalizer which is easy to use. I prefer more treble and less bass and this was easy for me to adjust. Whenever I have company and my TV happens to be on, they always ask what brand it is. Then they comment on how sharp the picture is and the color being so natural. This is my 3rd Samsung TV, it was a Christmas gift from my son. He thought I needed a larger screen....truthfully, I think he wanted my smaller screen Samsung for his bedroon lol. Thank you, Samsung for making great products!!

Why would you sell a quality tv with A REMOTE CONTROL THAT NEEDS 2 HANDS TO USE IT EFFECTIVELY. TO USE IT EFFECTIVELY YOU NEED THE HANDS OF A 10 YEAR OLD THAT ARE SMALL ENOUGH TO HIT THE KEYS CORRECTLY. WHY WOULD YOU SELECT THE SMALLEST KEY ON THE REMOTE TO BE YOUR “INFO” KEY. THE “INFO” KEY IS AN IMPORTANT KEY WHEN USING Directv. Do you make available a remote control that will work for me????
