[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I thought this tv was great and it was. The picture was great and looked pretty close to exactly how I imagined it would. The sound quality is not as great and i’m assuming that’s because of the placement of the speakers on the tv itself so a sound bar is definitely a necessary addition. Over time though, the tv has seemingly slowed down quite a bit & I’ve barely had it for two years. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and still it’s pretty slow to respond to simple things like switching source, pulling up settings or changing the channel. The remote stopped working not even a year in to having the tv and needed to be replaced. Overall, it’s just an okay tv. Sucks that for a brand that is so known for producing quality products that this just didn’t quite hit that mark & we shouldn’t have to spend more simply to receive something that’s actually up to the quality standard.

i have to fine tune settings every time i watch something and super bad if i plug in another product input like apple tv or game console. it’s absolutely a disappointment to try to watch older non digital movies. pictures are white snow on background of anything white colored. the tv’s have way too much contrast settings that do not help fine tuning picture

He use to have an antenna and a bunch of subscriptions but now he only needs the new samsung tv with samsung plus tv. It has the apps and local channels without needing a clunky antenna. All the apps come in crystal clear. I have had samsung all my life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great purchase! This is my first 4K TV and wow! The picture is so clear and beautiful. Samsung is still my favorite and they always put out the best TVs. Would highly recommend. Easy set up, light and perfect.

Bought this TV about 2 years ago, I was quite unlucky at first where within the 1 year warranty, half the screen turned dark. However, I had no issues contacting Samsung and they sent a repairmen in no time. The replacement screen has been working wonderfully so far and the visual quality is great!

This unit looks good mounted in our family room, it's the largest size that comfortably fits on such a large wall- it's diameter fills it well. Officially all the tvs in our home because of how well this one has performed for us. Love It!!
