Slightly hard to get into place but it works great

I like the case but it it’s easy to put on and take off.

It works great for me and it’s very simple to use and it’s very comfortable.

What a great decision on my part it keeps me cool when I need it most

It helps me sleep thru the night. The warming feature helps if I am cold right before bed because its comforting and helps me go to sleep. I set the 8 hr cooling feature before I sleep because night sweats make me have nightmares. I don't have them if I have the cooling feature set.

I find it helps a little if I can use it as soon as I start to feel warm. I bought the new case hoping it would shield the warm metal hen I sometimes move my wrist. Bought the new cover thinking it would shield from the hot metal! But it seems to be purely decorative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this for me and I WAS SKEPTICAL I read up on it, paired it with my phone and played with it for a few hours diffent places on my arms. I used it that night and to my shock and awe I slept for 5 hours and my hand to God I couldn't do 2 hrs b4 this. I know my sweet spot now I have it set for all night cool 😎 he still says it's the best money he's ever spent !

Feels great for warming to get the chill down on frigid days as well as cooling the start of hot flashes. The new plastic protective cover is good accept that it seems to attract dirt. I love that it protects against a full blown hot flash! I wish I could get a replacement original rose gold metal mesh band, my first one had some of finish wear off. I do have other bands, fabric and vinyl but, not as nice as the original.

I wish I had know about this and had my Embr Wave years ago. While I still get my very frequent hot flashes, as soon as I feel them coming on, I hit the button. It curves the flash and in most cases stops the sweat from coming. Sometimes I even forget I had one starting. I was also surprised on how many I have in a 24 hour period. The tracking is a great tool. I would highly recommend this.

I love the concept but I had to remove it. It was keeping my wave from sitting properly on my wrist, which unturn kept it from working properly. I would like to see reviews on the wrist band, the one that comes with it gets filthy and I have to scrub it with a tooth brush.
