I bought the mixer to replace my old kitchenAid mixer after 20 years. That was on December but it didn't work, never started . I returned and was replaced by other one which only worked for 10 seconds.

The bowl is difficult to hook on to the arms. Sometimes it goes on other times it ends up with the bowl tilted

Great mixer, replaced my 30 year KitchenAid. Have to get used to the lift bowl instead of tilt, got on sale at a very good price with the additional 3 attachments.

My husband bought this for me for christams.When i opened the box and took it out i was shocked. I have 1 tilt head kitchen aid and 3 driffrent size bowl lifts. The kitchen aid quality is no where on this mixer. Soo diappointed.

The mixer itself is great, my fault is with being charged twice for the same product. After talking to Sam's Club customer service twice now, I'm still waiting for my refund.
