Very easy to put together, purchased four. Love them, replaced all my dressers and wardrobe. In with the new and out with the old.

Missing parts. Had most together and had to wait for parts. Ordered parts on Amazon and luckily they fit. I contacted manufacturer as per directions in packaging and never received parts or response. Poor customer service.

I bought 2 units to organize 2 walk in closets. Both arrived in perfect shape. My only complaint was there wasn’t enough glue included and I had to get some more wood glue for the dowels used for assembly. Assembly is easier with 2 people.

The delivery was fast and the item is great. I like it. Even I don't know how to put it together; but the instruction it's very simple putting it together.

While the original ones from a few years ago are way thicker, this is a decent comparison model and the bins fit the same. I don’t trust it to hold as much but it was fairly easy to put together.

Am very satisfied with the quality of this product. Would consider purchasing another one. Was fairly early to put together once you got started on it. I like the way it looks and feel it willl work in just about any area of your home.

Space saver, I placed this in my wide hallway for overflow of clothing and other storage. The kiddos love it. Pictures look nice setting on top of it. It's very nice. I turned it on its side. Looks great.

Went together relatively easily for me, a not so much DIY kinda person. It seems very sturdy. I will be using it for my granddaughters things when she comes to stay with me so I wanted it to be sturdy, safe and strong. It is all of that.

When delivered, I had some concerns about the condition of contents inside the box. Best packaging I’ve seen in some time! The shelf itself is great. The price was wonderful. Now the instructions, they left a little to be desired.
