PROS: High protein. The flavor was very good. Robust sauce. Very meaty with a fine texture. No mystery lumps. Two trays means you can keep one frozen without having to make the entire shebang. CONS: Others pointed out and I agree — it was very soupy. Required stirring in that moisture several times during cook time. I would not describe it as thin as a bowl of lasagna soup but I would say its sloppy soupy, yes. Alas the rigatoni noodles were quite soft and flaccid. Not unusual for a frozen entree. VALUE: I initially thought this wasn’t a good buy for me because it’s not a difficult recipe but on reconsideration I did divide one tray into 3 servings to take to work so that means I’m getting 6 servings total for the $14 price which is pretty darn good for a hot lunch. By contrast our resort area cafeteria now charges $4.95 just for hot coffee and $2.00 ea for a stale donut. HMMM: Counter, why not call this what it is? Rigatoni in Meat Sauce! There was plenty of meaty sauce and enough ricotta to give it a grainy cheese freckled appearance and flavor throughout, but no mozzarella cheese melt or pull at all. While I do think it tasted like Italian meat sauce over noodles it didn’t associate or bring to mind lasagna at all — for me.

Delicious and Satiating!

I had the chance to try Lazy Lasagna last month before its official release, and it did not disappoint! As a longtime fan of Danielle Lima, I already knew her cookbook’s lazy lasagna was a family favorite, but this version truly delivered on flavor and value. I love the convenience of the two separate containers—they’re perfect for prepping individual lunches or making both at once to feed the whole family. It’s so refreshing to find a quick, frozen meal that’s healthy and free of junk. Counter absolutely hit a home run with this one! I can’t wait to grab it at Sam’s Club once it hits the freezer shelves in January!

This is absolute garbage. I took 1 bite and threw both packs away. I want my money back! Why is this still on the market?

I had high hopes for this lasagna. It was under seasoned. Taste was mediocre. Nothing special. I’ll make my own version.

This macro friendly lasagna is delicious. So easy to make and family approved.we will definitely be adding this to our meal rotation.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the texture and taste of these high-protein tortillas! So far, I've used them for burritos, burgers, sandwiches, and quesadillas. These will definitely be my go-to tortillas from now on!

These tortillas taste great. Even better is they hold up well to burrito rolling, no tearing! My only issue is with the packaging. I have crappy countertops and the pink from the bag rubbed into my counter and won't come off. Crazy.

I was shocked by how much protein there was per serving. Getting 24g of protein for 250 calories is unheard of from Lasagna. The sauce was REALLY good as well - easily the best meat sauce I’ve ever had in a frozen meal. I will be buying more!

Too much sauce
