These pans are beautiful but not durable. The second week I had them they scratch very easy so be careful with what you use to stir in these pans. Also it seems the dishwasher has weakened the coating on my most used pan, perhaps the high heat. I'm not sure but I would love to give a better review but I am just being honest.

I purchased on large ceramic coated skillet from Tramotina about a year ago and have loved it so much I searched for more like it. I’m tossing out the old pans and their promises of durability and lasting non-stick qualities for the best!

These are, by far, my favorite pans. They heat evenly and produce the results I expect when I saute meats and vegetables. The thick bottoms, lightweight feel, and slightly elevated center produce tender searing and browning.

Recieved these as a bridal shower gift. Used one out of the set for the first time today. Looks wise they are beautiful. It felt great cooking. I made bacon. After everything was cooled I went to clean the pan, which was so nice and easy, but I dried it and it has a bunch of little spots where the ceramic coating came off.

I give up. These are horrible. Can't cook anything without sticking. We are using more cooking oil than ever and still sticks. Wanted healthy alternative but the cleaning involves serious scrubbing even though we use oil generously. Won't give to anyone I know so will be taking to goodwill. Purchase another more expensive ceramic set with good non-stick reviews and hoping they work. If not I am going to return quickly.

Very dissatisfied with this purchase. Everything sticks to them and the beautiful cream color did not stay. They are totally discolored. I hang my pots and pans and I thought I was going to have something pretty to hang but that's not the case. I've purchased this brand before and been happy but I don't know what kind of finish they put on these pans but within a month they looked bad.

lightweight great looking and nothing has stuck so far

These pans were non-stick for about 4 months and then at about 6 months old became unuseable because everything sticks. I threw them away in the trash can this morning.

Danger, Danger. I purchased this set at the local club. I used them for the first time to cook breakfast this morning. Suddenly I heard a loud pop and looked at my stove to see a fountain of hot metal and sparks erupting from the pan spreading across my stove top, counters, and wood floor. Thank God I was not at the stove when this occurred. With a long utensil I pushed the pan off the burner and shut it off. After everything cooled down, I preformed an inspection. There is a hole burned through the bottom of the frying pan. A section of the stove burner coil is melted 3/4 of the way through.

These were great in the beginning but loose the non-stick value quite quickly. I have had them for 5 months and everything sticks now even with butter or oil. I don't out them in the dishwasher, I hand wash every time. And do not use metal utensils. So they have definitely not been abused. They just don't hold up to regular use.
