We were misinformed about the delivery fee We felt like we were robbed We purchased the mattress in Fort Myers but we were moving to Tampa. I asked if we could pick up the mattress instead of paying the delivery fee, and she said No. But then I heard that you could go to Lakeland and pick it up.. which would have been way cheaper and easier in our case !!!!! We live right next to Lakeland. Couldn't get a refund because it was an express order.. and it was SUNDAY !

We were going forward to a good night sleep on this mattress and after two nights the look was over. It started with body depressions after a few nights and the thing was so heavy it took two of us to change the sheets-then we found that standard sheets won't fit because this mattress is so deep. So wee bought deep pocket sheets but still having a problem with pain due to the shoulder replacement in 2015. I am going to email the store where we bought the mattress and see if they can help me. If not I am going to my credit card company for assistance.

Mattress is sagging, lumpy and bumpy. You can see where we sleep on mattress. Huge lump in the middle and two body sags.

Not happy with the large indentation on one side after about 6 months of use. I weigh 140 lbs, this should not have happened.

The product came in good condition but after a year a certain section started sinking in and now there is a divot in the mattress that is pretty noticeable especially when laying in the bed.

This mattress is beyond comfortable. My wife has many back/joint problems, and this was the one mattress that alleviated all of her pain. It also has been amazing at relieving her pain throughout her pregnancy.

The mattress is firm but allows the body to sink in just right. It supports the body the right way, I feel cradled. Partner can climb into bed and not disturb you.
