The herb seasoning has a great flavor, and it is easy to make just the number of servings you need. There are recipes on the back of the bag, depending on whether you want to use the oven, stove top or a slow cooker. The standard recipe makes 10 servings, but I easily cut it down, as I didn't need that much at one time. The resealable bag makes it easy to use just what you need and store the rest. I also liked that it did not contain any poultry products, so I could make it vegetarian by using a vegetable stock instead of chicken stock.

It includes sautéing the vegetables in the butter and then adding the chicken broth and bringing to a boil. From there you only have to remove from the heat and add the stuffing mix. Once you've covered it it only takes 5 minutes until it's ready. It's fast and easy and the best part is it tastes like you made everything from scratch. I highly recommend this stuffing mix!

This is my first time having this brand stuffing, I made a half of recipe and added green onions, broth and celery salt because I did not have any celery. I added four tablespoons of butter, a dash of thyme and a dash of sage and one whole beaten egg, then cooked it in the oven. it was delicious! Definitely not too salty like other competitive brands. Myself and my two sons thoroughly enjoyed it!

The prep is easy and the result is stuffing that tastes like you spent all day preparing it. I did make mine with the requested celery and onions, but I can see how you would be able to make it without those. I would absolutely recommend this product, and the price can't be beat.
