This is a REALLY nice, top quality filing cabinet! The drawers run smoothly, comes with locks so you can lock the drawers for security reasons if necessary. Holds a lot of files!! It was well packed...no dents or dings. It had plenty of styrofoam cushion to protect it and it arrived a day earlier than expected. Really good quality. I would buy again and recommend!!

Ordering this on line was very easy. Received a confirmation e-mail immediately after checking out. They gave me an approximate delivery time. This item arrived a few days before it was suppose to arrive. It was packed good and was in perfect condition when I took the packing off of it. It is built really good and does the job I needed it to do. I am very happy with this purchase and the complete process from the day I ordered it until the day it arrived and set it up for my use. The next item I need I will order from these folks. Overall a wonderful experience. I give the an A+.

The cabinet came crushed/dented and had holes in the side. Of course I don't know if it was damaged at the store or during shipping. Even if it wasn't damaged, it is a flimsy, light cabinet that would tip over easily. Even the index slots were various colors; 2 silver, and the other two had a tint of pink and blue, very strange.

Ever regret buying something cheap and tolerating it for far too long? That was me before these cabinets. I bought filing cabinets for over half the price that I used for my home office for years, even after they would constantly jam. These should last far longer with far less frustration. Firstly, they arrived in great shape. Paint and build quality is good enough--these aren't show pieces. They are packaged very well (1.5" styrofoam along all sides and corners (but not top sides). The drawers pull out 80% of the way (4" remaining of the 21" inside depth), which is great for me. Not for kids, tho, unless you bolt it down, since you could pull the top drawer out far enough to pull it over if you don't balance the weight at all. Ball-bearing slides work great, as expected. Key lock locks both drawers and is functional but not for security (for the nosy neighbor, not an actual criminal). Drawers work well and are easy to release and close. I did some yanking and pulling, and everything seemed to hold up well. I prefer the corrugated drawer bottoms (makes it much stronger), but if you want a smooth one, you'll have to work around that. There are compression bars that must be manually adjusted (pointy part goes up, pins point towards files), but they do the job. No feet or floor padding: just painted metal on your floor, so plan for that. Overall, I'm super happy. I really wish I had bought these years ago.

We needed a cabinet that would fit in a standard depth reach in closet. This cabinet was perfect. For the price the quality is great. With the built in Pendaflex rails you don't need to buy the supports you need to buy with the larger cabinets. We love it. Greg

I searched and wanted to find a good filing cabinet at a decent price. I was very happy when I saw this for $160 (it went up $25 the following week). It is well worth the money even with the increase! I was concerned with the reviews that it would come damaged but it was perfect. It is packaged well and I think that with any large shipment there is a chance of damage. I am so very happy I took that chance. I would recommend this cabinet. I also purchased a caddy with wheels (about $30) so it could easily be moved and wouldn't be directly on my basement floor.

Arrived before delivery date in new condition no (dings or scratches). The drawers open and close extremely smooth and effortlessly. Good quality, built well, made to last and sturdy. All four drawers lock with the turn of one key. Excellent design for personal and office use, (professional quality item). Good steel construction and the putty color paint looks great (not dull or shinny). Hanging files drop right into these nice long deep drawers and I cannot express enough how effortlessly these drawers open and close. The drawers snap closed into place and you have to slide a lever to open them. Once again a well designed and quality build file cabinet. This file cabinet is worth every penny and it is sold at an exceptionally low price. Get one while they last.

It was received quite quickly and was very well packaged. No dings or damage of any kind. The new stops for holding the files forward seem like a cheep change from the old style but they work and the drawer is not a full extension but it is very close to it. Much better than some.

This cabinet does not appear to be commercial quality. It is very lightweight. I did not get to fully try it out. It arrived with a bid dent in the side and the top cabinet drawer would not open. I assume the key was in it because I did not find a key in any of the other drawers. I have returned it to Walmart.

The file cabinet arrived damaged. Had to contact company and send pictures. Finally, received another one. The packaging on the second one was much better and was not damaged since the outside of the box was also protected! I love the file cabinet!
